2. What this website is

VIARYO is a project under development. It publishes and tracks EU and UK travel requirements, and emails travellers who ask for it when those requirements change.

The site currently exists to describe that idea and to collect expressions of interest. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and no service is being sold through it yet.

3. What we are not

VIARYO is not a government body, a public authority or an official source. We are not affiliated with the European Commission, with ETIAS, with any national border authority, or with any embassy or consulate.

Information about entry requirements is drawn from official sources and is provided for general guidance. Requirements change, and they depend on your nationality, your destination and your circumstances. No one can guarantee entry to a country or the approval of any authorisation — that decision always belongs to the authorities.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics and source code of this site belong to the owner named above, unless stated otherwise. You may read and share the pages. You may not reproduce, adapt or exploit them commercially without written permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what they refer to.

6. Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to collect data about other people.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here. Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. Cookies are covered in our cookie policy.
