This site sets no cookies at all. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything else. That is why you were never asked to accept any.

What cookies are, and why we do without them

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep, usually so it can recognise you again later. This site is made of static pages and a sign-up form. Neither needs to remember you between visits, so nothing is stored on your device.

How we count visits instead

We do want to know whether anyone reads these pages. We use Plausible Analytics, an EU-based measurement tool built specifically to work without cookies.

It records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, which site or advert it arrived through, and whether the browser was a phone or a desktop. It does not set cookies, does not store an identifier on your device, does not follow you to other websites and does not build a profile of you. The measurements are counts, not people.

Because none of that identifies you, there is nothing here for you to consent to, and no banner interrupting the page. We think that is how it should be.

Advertising

There are no advertising or social media trackers on this site.

What your browser stores on its own

Your browser may keep the pages and fonts in its own cache so the site loads faster next time. That is your browser doing its job, not us storing anything, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
